Born in Salisbury, NC, Theo was a distinguished student at Salisbury High School. After graduating, he attended Gardner-Webb University and obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree. Following his undergraduate studies, Theo majored in architecture at the University of North Carolina At Greensboro. After excelling in his undergraduate and graduate career, Theo became a licensed general contractor in 2011 and built his first home the following year.

During his initial years in practice, Theo had the privilege of working with a variety of top-rated developers and luxury builders throughout Guilford and Rockingham County. In the course of this time, he developed his craft and mastered the complexities of the trade. Employing his experience and acquired knowledge of the industry, Theo founded Trallen Construction LLC in 2015 and established himself as an independent builder and residential architect. Since its inception, Trallen Construction LLC has become synonymous with precision and modernistic allure.
